A fishing license must be obtained prior to arriving at the Welcome Center and pier.

Fishing is permitted on the lower-level fishing deck after getting a fishing pass from the Welcome Center. Please note that your fishing pass is not the same as your fishing license. The lower level fishing deck will be closed to fishing when an event is scheduled on the pier and when there is a Movie on the Beach.
