Welcome to North Beach!

You'll find great shopping in our antique shops, fine arts gallery, novelty shops, gift shops and food market. There are numerous dining options in town, including burgers, ice cream, bakery items, sandwiches, and casual and fine dining restaurants. If you need a new 'do', there are salons that can take care of that for you! 

All shopping, restaurants and salons are within walking distance of the pier, boardwalk and beach. If you need a peaceful break, stop by Wetlands Overlook Park and the North Beach Nature Center at the north end of Dayton Avenue or the Mark R. Frazer Sunrise Garden at the corner of 3rd Street and Bay Avenue.

A must for visitors is a stop at the Bayside History Museum at 4020 4th Street. The many exhibits detail the history of the Northern Calvert/Southern Anne Arundel Counties' Chesapeake Bay communities. Call the museum to make arrangements for special events or group tours.
