North Beach Performing Arts Center

In the fall of 2012, the North Beach Performing Arts Center (NBPAC) steering committee developed and approved a business plan and legal incorporation documents for a non-profit foundation for the NBPAC.

The steering committee continues to meet to work on next steps for the NBPAC. The final site needs to be determined. Financing arrangements to design and construct the NBPAC facility need to be decided. Once financing is in place, an architectural firm needs to be solicited.

During 2016, Market & Feasibility Advisors (M&FA) from Chicago, IL conducted a comprehensive development analysis and feasibility study to help determine the likelihood of success in building and sustaining a Performing Arts Center facility in North Beach.  The firm visited the town, met with interested parties, collected demographic and market data, met with stake holders and reviewed comparable and competitive facilities.
