SEAL BIDS FOR PROPERTY

 

The Town of North Beach is receiving sealed bids for the property located at 4032 8th Street, BLK 8, LT 24 until 2:00 p.m. on Monday, April 30, 2018.  The property is owned by the Town of North Beach and the house has been condemned by the Town Code Enforcement Officer.  Any individual/company placing a bid on the property must demolish the current structure and rebuild a new structure.  All questions related to this property please email Rick Crump at: rcrump@northbeachmd.org.  All sealed bids should be delivered to the North Beach Town Hall at:  8916 Chesapeake Avenue North Beach, MD  20714.
