Pump Station Upgrade

The Department of Public Works is planning for the start of the upgrade to the Greenwood Avenue sewage pumping station. This project will require a pump-around set up while work is being performed on the existing station. Temporary pumps will be in place in two locations adjacent to the pump station. One temporary pump location will be along 8^th Street just west of intersection of 8^th Street and Greenwood Avenue. The other temporary pump location will be at the northwest corner of Greenwood Avenue and 8^th Street. Please proceed with caution in these areas during the construction period. The pump station upgrade is scheduled to begin on or about April 22, 2021 and is expected to take two weeks to complete, weather permitting.
