Seasonal Mosquito Spraying

Seasonal mosquito control spraying typically takes places from May through October, as needed. To prevent mosquitoes from breeding, be sure to empty all containers and dump any standing water in your yard to prevent mosquitoes from breeding. If you hear the spray truck coming, please go inside for a few minutes. The more residents that are off the streets, the more the spray trucks can spray.

The Permission to Enter Private Property form is required for those requesting to have private property sprayed (download here and follow instructions on the form). The Exemption from Mosquito Control Spraying form is required from individuals requesting program exclusion (download here and follow instructions on the form).  Forms are also available at the Town Hall.  More information can be found on the Calvert County website.
