Raising Chesapeake Avenue

The project to raise Chesapeake Avenue that included the reconstruction of an approximately 300 ft section of the roadway between 3^rd and 5^th Streets has been completed. The work included curb and sidewalk removal, installing new curbing and sidewalks, asphalt pavement construction and related grading and adjustments to utility structures.
