Sculpture Competition for Overdose Awareness - A public art project dedicated to those we have lost and those who continue to struggle.

The Twin Beach Opioid Abuse Awareness Coalition (TBOAAC) is seeking three outdoor sculptures for permanent display at the Mark R.
