New Water and Sewer Rates

As approved in the FY 2024 budget, water and sewer rates have increased and the minimum water and sewer usage has decreased for residents and businesses in the Town of North Beach. The new rates and change in minimum usages will go into effect with the October 2023 billing. A breakdown of the new water and sewer rates is available in the FY 2024 rate structure.
