North Beach School of Dance presents Jubilee

North Beach School of Dance will present the annual Spring Production, Jubilee, on Saturday, June 3, 2023 at 7 pm at the Mary D. Harrison Cultural Arts Center located at 2950 Chaneyville Road, Owings, MD, 20736. 

Jubilee is an ongoing tribute to North Beach Hometown Hero Abigail Francisco’s 50 years of dance and dance instruction. During this transition into a new era from Abigail Francisco School of Classical Ballet to the school’s new identity as North Beach School of Dance, we celebrate dance from the past and salute the future of dance. The show opens with “Les Sylphides,” the last Classical Ballet danced by Ms. Abigail, as well as original Jazz, Tap, & Musical Theater choreography set to music from the beginning of her career. Jubilee will feature guest dancers from The Washington Ballet and Ballet Theatre of Maryland.
