Online Payment Information Reminder

To protect our online paying customers and prevent any confusion, the Town of North Beach wanted to bring to your attention that the only official water/sewer online payment platform we recommend using is northbeachmd.authoritypay.com.  We have been advised of other websites, including DOXO, that suggest “free online payments.”  Please be cautious with using these third-party services as they could manipulate the following:

  • An additional processing fee could be added;
  • Information could potentially be stolen; and,
  • Other sites could prevent the Town from being able to track or apply payments to your account.

We suggest the best way to utilize this online payment convenience is to click the Online Payments link on the homepage of the official town website www.northbeachmd.org, then go to the Muni-Link shortcut.

We are continuously seeking other payment options with the least amount of transaction fees and if/when they are available, we will share the details. We appreciate your patience with the new Water/Sewer Billing and Payment System.
