With storms and flooding in the forecast, the Department of Public Works is providing sand and sandbags through 8 pm this evening (September 22, 2023). The sandbags are for residents of the incorporated town limits of North Beach. Once you arrive at the Department of Public Works yard located at 4030 11th Street, follow the signs to the sandbags and sand.

  • You must show your ID to prove residency in order to receive sandbags.
  • There will be a limited quantity of bags per household.
  • You must fill your own bags.

The bags are first come, first served until the supply runs out.
