PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

The Town of North Beach Mayor and Council will conduct a Public Hearing on Thursday, November 12, 2020 at 7pm at the North Beach Town Hall, 8916 Chesapeake Avenue, North Beach, Maryland on Charter Amendment Resolution No. 01-2020 on amending the Town Charter for the purpose of removing the requirement that the Town publish a fair summary of an adopted ordinance in a newspaper of general circulation, unless specifically required by State law and adding other methods of publication.
