Reminder: Community Clean Up on April 13, 2024

The Town of North Beach will provide a limited number of dumpsters for TOWN RESIDENTS to dispose of garbage, yard waste, bulk items, etc. All items will be accepted excluding hazardous materials.* The dumpsters will be available on Saturday, April 13, 2024 from 8 am to 4 pm or until dumpsters are full. The location of the dumpsters will be 3rd Street between Chesapeake Avenue and Dayton Avenue.

Residents must present photo identification and provide proof of residency (utility bill, mortgage statement or a current lease). Residents should enter the area on 3rd Street at Dayton Avenue. After unloading items into the dumpsters, residents should exit the area on 3rd Street at Chesapeake Avenue.

All items excluding hazardous materials may be disposed of at Community Clean Up. Hazardous materials include oil-based paints, pool chemicals, solvents, fertilizers and other items usually labeled with the words DANGER, POISON, or WARNING.*

* The next Calvert County Household Hazardous Waste collection event is April 20, 2024, from 8 am to 2 pm at Mt. Hope Convenience Center.
