REMINDER: Expanded Masking Order

This is a reminder about Governor Hogan's expanded masking order dated July 29, 2020. All Marylanders over the age of five are required to wear face coverings in the public spaces of all businesses across the state. Face coverings will also be required in outdoor public areas, whenever it is not possible to maintain physical distancing. The expanded order continues to provide certain exceptions, including for medical conditions.

This expanded masking order includes the boardwalk. If you are walking, running, sitting, standing on the boardwalk in the Town of North Beach and are not able to maintain physical distancing, you must wear a mask. If you are able to maintain physical distancing, always have your mask available when approaching others.
