Update: Highway to Health is Coming Back

UPDATE: The Calvert County Health Department's mobile outreach van is unable to visit North Beach on June 1, 2023, but will be rescheduled later in the month. Please check back for the new date. We apologize for any inconvenience.

The Calvert County Health Department's Highway to Health is a mobile outreach van that is case-management driven. The mobile outreach van travels throughout the county to provide screenings and linkage to services such as behavioral, medical, and social. This free program was set up by the Health Department to help clients get assistance with needs that they may have had trouble navigating in the past. Clients will be able to connect to health department services without traveling to the health department. The coordinators also are able to link clients to other needed services outside of the health department.

The Highway to Health team is coming back to North Beach! You may visit the outreach van on June 1, 2023 from 10 am to 12 pm. The van will be parked on 3rd Street between Chesapeake Avenue and Dayton Avenue.
