Public Hearing Notice
The Town of North Planning Commission will conduct a Public Hearing on Thursday, September 26, 2019 at 7:00 p.m. at the North Beach Town Hall, 8916 Chesapeake Avenue, North Beach, Maryland on Ordinance 19-03; amending the North Beach Town Code, Chapter 117, “Zoning”, to adopt Article X “Development Rights and Responsibilities”, To Exercise the authority granted by Title 7, Subtitle 3 of the Land Use Article of the Annotated Code of Maryland to Enter Into Development Rights and Responsibilities Agreements and to Act as the Public Principal.
